Casarré is a restaurant by Olivier Bur located in Santo Domingo.
At Casarré, the culinary cultures of the Caribbean come to life through local flavors, traditional techniques, and crafts. Each dish tells a story, bringing together diners, producers, and artisans.
While the architecture and furniture draw from the Dominican Republic’s muted natural landscapes, the graphic design reclaims the city’s vibrant vernacular colors. Casarré is a reminder that local products, cuisine, nature, and urban culture exist in constant coexistence, and cannot exist without one another.
